Dear Peter,
It is two weeks since you wrote to me. I’m writing to tell you a story about my classmate Wang Hong.
Last Thursday, on her way home, Wang Hong saw an elderly blind man wandering at the street corner. She went up and talked with him. After understanding his situation, she offered to help him cross the road. All the drivers on the road stopped their cars and waited patiently. Finally, Wang Hong led the old man to the other side of the road and said goodbye to him.
In my opinion, Wang Hong's behavior is really admirable. She showed great kindness and a sense of responsibility. Her action not only helped the blind man but also warmed our hearts. We should learn from her and be ready to help others in need at any time.
