Microsoft has stopped offering support for one of its most popular operating systems. On Tuesday, Windows XP was officially retired. And though users have been receiving warning messages for weeks, millions of Chinese are still finding it hard to log-off for good.

Q1. Microsoft’s own data shows that some 70 percent of Chinese Windows XP users had never installed any updates. So from your point of view, how will the end of support influence those who are still running Windows XP?
Q2. For Microsoft, what does it gain and lose in the Chinese market by pulling XP out?
