Since the reform and opening-up, the living standards of the Chinese people have continuously improved, which is fully reflected in the changes in people's diets. Nowadays, people are no longer satisfied with merely having enough to eat; instead, they pursue safer, more nutritious, and healthier food options. The variety of food has also become increasingly abundant, no longer limited to local agricultural products. The development of the logistics industry has made it easy for people to savor specialties from all over the country. Undoubtedly, the improvement in food quality and dietary structure provides strong guarantees for enhancing people's health.
