On the basis of primary experiment, further optimizing technical processing of plasma spraying Al_2O_3 ceramic coating, choosing the proper spraying parameters, acquiring the Al_2O_3 ceramic coating of highly bond intensity, making a preparation the ceramic coating which can prevent from corrosion of galvanizing zinc.

本文在原有实验基础上，进一步优化等离子弧喷涂Al2O3陶瓷涂层的工艺过程，采用适当的喷涂工艺参数，获得较高结合强度的Al2O3陶瓷涂层，制备出耐锌液腐蚀陶瓷涂层。
