Results 4 ACPE patients had decreased CVP from 1 to ( 4 cm) H_2O. All of these four subjects had compensative respiration reinforcement. The respiration rates were all above 35 times per minute with three depressions sign and respiratory alkalosis.

结果4例ACPE患者的CVP下降至1~4cmH2O，其特点是出现明显的呼吸增强、增快，表现为呼吸频率35次/min、三凹征和呼吸性碱中毒。

Conclusions BiPAP could rapidly and effectively relax clinical symptoms and signs, improve gas exchanges, decrease cardiac overloads, intubation, lung infection and mortality rate, which could be of choice of treatment of the aged ACPE patients.

结论BiPAP能更迅速、有效地缓解老年ACPE患者临床症状与体征，改善气体交换，降低心脏后负荷，减少住院期气管插管率、肺部感染并发率及病死率，可作为老年ACPE患者的首选治疗。

Objective To study comparatively clinical results of bi-level positive airway pressure ( BiPAP) therapy and high flow oxygen by face mask ( MASK) therapy in the aged patients with acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema ( ACPE).

目的对比研究双水平正压通气（BiPAP）与面罩大流量吸氧（MASK）早期治疗老年急性心源性肺水肿（ACPE）的临床结果。
