I want to provide a new perspective through the ability to work as a public interest organization personnel, through the use of group work practice training in public organizations, public interest organizations to explore enhancing staff expertise and service levels of new methods and approaches.

笔者希望通过本文为公益组织人员工作能力提升方面的研究提供新的视角，同时通过运用小组工作在公益组织人员培训中的实践，探索提升公益组织工作人员专业能力和服务水平新的方法和途径。

Study was made of the performance Oriented coloured self levelling new epoxy floor coating prepared with new type TEG 99 epoxy resin. Effects of different components such as active epoxy diluent, alicyclic amine hardener and filler on coating properties were discussed.
