Results: All 22 cases succeeded uneventfully. The pathologic study confirm that 14 cases were adrenal adenoma ( 10 primary aldosteronism, 4 adrenocortical adenoma), 6 cases pheochromocytoma, 2 cases adrenal cysts.

结果：22例全部成功，术后病理检查证实：肾上腺皮质腺瘤14例（原发性醛固酮增多症10例，皮质醇腺瘤4例），嗜铬细胞瘤6例，肾上腺囊肿2例。

Results Endoscopic mucosal resection was fulfilled in 154 cases. Arteriolar hemorrhage from the wound, 11.7% and esophageal perforation, 1.3% happened. All of them were cured uneventfully.

结果完成154例内镜粘膜切除术，发生创面小动脉出血发生18例（11.7%），食管穿孔2例（1.3%），经处理后均顺利痊愈。

Of the 1000 cases who underwent the procedure uneventfully, 150 had short-term irritation of the urethra, 6 had bladder neck contracture and 10 had urethral stricture.

1000例手术顺利，术后发生短期尿道刺激症者150例，发生膀胱颈挛缩6例，尿道狭窄10例。
