Result Renal fibroblasts were successfully cultured. Mast cell tryptase ( 10~ 500ng/ ml) promoted expression of PAR-2 mRNA and MCP-1 mRNA of human renal fibroblasts in heparin-dependent manner.

结果成功培养了人肾成纤维细胞，肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶（10～500ng/ml）可促进肾间质成纤维细胞PAR2和MCP1mRNA的表达，且依赖于肝素的存在。
