Conclusion: The clinical manifestations in small intestinal tumors are non-specific, and there exists a higher misdiagnosis rate. Most of the patients were lack of typical symptoms and special signs. The most common symptoms included dyspnea, chest pain, emptysis and palpitation.

结论：小肠肿瘤缺乏特异性体征，术前误诊率高。临床表现不典型，最常见症状为呼吸困难，其次为胸痛、咯血、心悸，缺乏特异性体征；

METHODS: 60 in-patients with emptysis were randomly divided into treatment and control group, treated with injection-use reptilase and hypophysin for 5 to 7 days, respectively. The curative effect and adverse effect were observed in both groups.
