Objective To investigate the prognostic value of thymidylate synthase ( TS), topoisomerase-1 ( Topo-1), and proliferating index Ki-67 in advanced colorectal cancer patients on irinotecan ( CPT-11) in combination with fluorouracil treatment ( 5-Fu).

目的探讨胸苷酸合成酶（TS）、拓扑异构酶1（Topo1）和肿瘤增殖指标Ki67对伊立替康（CPT11）联合5氟脲嘧啶（5Fu）治疗晚期大肠癌患者的临床疗效和预后的预测价值。

Method: 11 patients with benign tumor of tongue base were reviewed, latero-pharynx and regiones hyoidea surgery approaches were performed, and the tongue base defect was repaired with tongue flaps postposition and/ or topo-seam, sternohyoideus fascia muscularis flaps.

方法：采用咽侧入路及舌骨区入路切除咽喉部良性肿瘤11例，并应用舌瓣后置和（或）局部拉拢缝合及胸骨舌骨肌肌筋膜瓣修复舌根创面及缺损。

The expression of TOPO ⅱ was associated with tissue differentiation ( P < 0.05).
