OBJECTIVE: To study on the dissolution rate of Suxiao Shangfeng capsule in order to evaluate the capsule quality.

This paper analysed contents of inorganic elements of the bile for cholelithiasis patients after surgiCal operation and eating "suxiao paishiling" with atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS). The results showed that this drug can reduce the contents of calcium and magnesium evidently.

本文采用原子吸收光谱法（AAS）测定胆石症患者手术后服用速效排石灵（SXPSL）引流胆汁内多种元素的含量，研究表明该药能明显地降低钙镁离子的含量。

Object To develop a method for pharmacokinetics detection of chemical component in healthy volunteers' plasma administrated with Suxiao Jiuxin Wan, to provide the clinical experimental evidences for therapeutic drug monitoring ( TDM) and the hypothesis of pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese syndrome and recipe.
