Connective tissue disease ( CTD) includes many diseases. For instance, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, sjogren syndrome, dermatomyositis/ multiple myositis and vasculitis.

结缔组织病（CTD）包括许多种疾病，如红斑狼疮、硬皮病、类风湿关节炎、干燥综合征、皮肌炎/多发性肌炎及血管炎等。

Objective To study the expression of related protein of apoptosis signaling transduction induced by Fas in labial salivary gland of patients with sjogren syndrome ( pSS), and to explore the possible pathway of cell signaling transduction resulting in pSS.

目的研究原发性干燥综合症（primarySjgrengsyndrome，pSS）唇腺组织细胞中Fas介导的细胞凋亡信号转导相关蛋白的表达，探讨导致干燥综合征的细胞信号转导盼可能途径。
