Finally, a real-time 、 embedded condition monitoring and diagnosis system for governor system has been designed and developed which is based on the research of real-time monitoring and analysis technology for HGU.

Hardware and software design of each module is finished based on general design of the system. At the same time, Fault Diagnosis Expert Subsystem and SVM Assistant Decision Subsystem are built. The system could satisfy many requirements of HGU condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.

在系统总体设计的框架下，完成了各功能模块的硬件设计和软件设计，建立了故障诊断专家子系统和SVM辅助决策子系统，以满足水电机组稳定性状态监测和故障诊断的实际需要。

Using this system has saved the manpower and resources of operation and maintenance. It also has effectively improved the maintenance quality and the effectiveness and economy of maintenance of HGU. It has a very important significance for gradually achieving condition maintenance of hydropower plants.

实际应用表明该系统节省了运行与检修人力与物力，有效地提高了水电机组运行与维护质量及检修的有效性与经济性，对于水电厂逐步实现状态检修具有非常重要的意义。
