Method: superselective intra-arterial infusion of ACNU or BCNU chemotherapy was performed in 67 patients with malignant brain tumors confirmed by pathological examination. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the size and volume of the tumor mass before and after the chemotherapy.

方法：对67例经组织学确诊的恶性脑肿瘤采用超选择性脑动脉插管灌注嘧啶亚硝脲或卡氮芥化疗，并对照化疗前后的影像学表现，评价该化疗对恶性脑肿瘤的疗效。
